Welcome to Spit Flame

Welcome to Spit Flame - what I hope to be a blog that documents my journey throughout the rest of my days at high school and eventually into college. I am no professional writer, nor am I someone who meticulously goes over their blog posts for hours on end trying to weed out every little diction error. I'm a grammar nazi, although I don't let this get in the way of what I'm trying to write about. Therefore, at times my entries may have spelling mistakes and I'm okay with that. What's most important in a blog, I find, is the content. That's why you read websites that interest you in the first place, isn't it? My goal here isn't to please readers, however, but to express myself and share views. Being a teenager I find that there are not many people my age out here who consistenly blog and I'd like to personally see that changed. So, this is my attempt at reaching out to other teens and sharing what I feel to be an important aspect of the "growing up process" - emotions, thoughts, and ideas. I want to encourage comments on here not because I like receiving them but because they'll help iniate conversation. I'd like to get as close as possible to those who read this in an effort to extend my boundaries so please, if you're considering dropping by to say hi - do so! I'd love to hear from any and all. :) In reiteration, this blog will be about high school, relationships, my feelings, occasional ramblings, debates, and even some polls.
